Alder & Willow Colonies
Beaver Scouts are young people usually aged between 6 and 8 years old. They belong to the first and youngest Section in the Scouting family. Young people can join Beaver Scouts in the three months leading up to their sixth birthday. They can move to the next Section, Cub Scouts, between 8 and 8½ years of age.
Our Group is based at the Scout Headquarters on Michaelson Avenue in Torrisholme. We are a well established Group, having been founded in the 1940′s.
Currently our meeting nights for Beavers (6yrs – 8yrs) are as follows:-
– Monday’s 5.45 – 7.00pm (Alder Beavers)
– Thursday’s 6.00– 7.15pm (Willow Beavers)
